Returns policy
At Las Plantas we want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and as such our returns policy lasts 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We don`t cover the shipping cost, unless the item turned out faulty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item, you should be using a Special delivery by 1 pm service with insurance covering up to £500. Please follow the shipping instructions and keep the shipping proof for reference.
We can`t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
As soon as your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 5 business days to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval status.
Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note this can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account depending on the payment method used.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
