Unique hand-made Peruvian Snake Pendant. Includes natural stones and shells such as Chrysocolla, spondylus and mother of pearl. It is made with 950 silver, the purest silver you can find in jewellery. Crafted in Cusco. 
 
The snake is an exciting symbol representing the underworld to the Inca and the ancient Egyptians. The snake and the underworld represent the passage into the next life, so the snake also has connotations of wisdom. The Inca believed that life goes on after death, and it was through knowledge, the strength of character and wisdom that one could best navigate the passage between lives.
